Cor is a 64 pound Black Lab born in November 2007. He's good with dogs and will do well with a tolerant dog who enjoys his playful antics. He's also fine with cats. Levy is an 18 pound JRT mix born in October 2006. He loves to run! Typical terrier, he'll make sure your yard is free of pesky critters. Once his exercise needs are met, he settles very nicely inside. He's fine with dogs; we still need to check him out with cats. He'll do well with kids ages 10 and up or so who will play with him and show him leadership and love. This bright boy loves to learn, and is house trained, crate trained, and knows basic obedience.

Shona is beautiful inside and out! Born in June 2005, this stunning GSD has good house manners (just needs to be reminded not to beg!!). She'll do well with kids ages 12 and up or so who will provide plenty of love, leadership, and play time. She'll bark at dogs running free when she's on leash, but loves to play with them when off-leash. One of her favorite summer activities is to lay in front of a fan after a good game of fetch. She also adores her Kong toy. Shona is house trained, crate trained, and knows basic obedience.

Tesco is a friendly, wiggly-butt Yellow Lab born in January 2007. She's a bit timid of new situations, for example, she's not quite comfortable with going up and down stairs, but loves all people. Typical lab, she's a goof ball and a sweetheart who always has to have something in her mouth! She'll make a great family dog. She rides nicely in the car, does well crated when unsupervised, and is just so loving and sweet. She wants to be next to you as much as possible. She's shy around new dogs, but likes them. Tesco is house trained, crate trained, and is learning some basic obedience.

Knez, a 3 year old Yellow Lab, came from a kind rescuer who took in her and her two siblings from a family who could no longer care for them. Unfortunately, the family did not have any more room in their already dog filled home so two of the dogs came to us. Knez is a very sweet girl who adores her family. She is a little timid at first of new people so needs a calm adult only family or one with older kids who can help introduce her to the finer things in life!! She has been in a home with multiple dogs and cats and did fine -- played with the dogs and tugged to see the cat the first time, gave him a couple of licks of approval and ignored him ever since. She also enjoys taking walks and her toys. She is housetrained, crate trained and is learning some basic obedience.

Looking for a fun dog who loves to play? Born in April 2006, Duck loves to play ball. He also likes playing with toys - he will gather them all up and lay on them. He doesn't want other dogs around his toys - they're his precious belongings! He'll do best with a submissive female dog who doesn't really care about toys, and with kids around age 10 and up who will enjoy playing lots of fetch. Plus he's good with cats. Talk about a sweetheart! Born in March 2005, Klein is a 35 pound Sheltie mix who came to Circle Tail from a county shelter. She was in our service dog training program and even worked as a service dog for a short period of time. But she's scared of walking on tile surfaces and other non-carpeted flooring, so it precludes her from being a full-fledged service dog. She is a very sweet, loving girl who enjoys take walks and playing with her stuffed toys. She would be happy snuggling up next to you watching TV together have a fun game of fetch. She likes playing with dogs her size or bigger when introduced slowly. She is a little too into rough-housing for small breed dogs. She ignores cats. She is a little tentative with fast movements towards her so is looking for a family without young children. She needs a home that is mostly carpeted, since she hates tile/linoleum surfaces. Klein has so many wonderful qualities, she's sure her new family won't mind this quirk! This bright girl is housetrained, crate trained and has all basic and advanced obedience skills and some retrieval skills. She's eager to find a family who will keep up with her skills and challenge her mind. Klein will make a wonderful addition to her new family!

She is a wonderful medium energy dog who adores people of any age from babies to teens. She is also great with other dogs and cats -- and has even been curious but respectful with the family's free range chickens!! For fun, she loves to take walks and then snuggling up for some pets and attention is the best, but also playing with other dogs rank pretty high with her as well!! Born in April 2004, Carlin will make a great lap dog. He'd be ideal for an empty-nester couple looking for a dog to spoil. He's a petite 10 - 15 pounds with medium energy level. He prefers cuddling on your lap over a long game of fetch. Carlin can be a little protective of his space so will do well with teens/adults to help him learn to share. He adores bigger dogs, settles nicely at home, and has good house manners...of course he may not be able to resist checking out the trash if it's down at his level!! Jul is a 2 1/2 year old mixed breed whose family feels they do not have enough time for her. She is a sweetheart! For fun, Jul likes chewing on bones and playing with stuffed squeaky toys. When she's cold, she'll lay by the heater for warmth. She also loves to cuddle and give kisses! This little doll adores people, and will do well with kids maybe age 10 and up who she won't confuse with play things! She is good with other dogs, especially those bigger than she is...she just can't resist chasing cats!! This cutie is house trained, likes her crate (quiet and knows to "go to bed"), and knows some basic obedience.

This 2.5 year old Chocolate Lab loves to work - do you have a job for him? Maybe agility or obedience trials? He's very loyal to his person. He's a little unsure of newcomers and just needs a second to be introduced. He knows the "go say hi" command and quickly gets to know and love everyone. Miser will thrive in a family with kids over age 10 who will provide him plenty of physical and mental stimulation and exercise. He wants to chase cats outside, but lives with them inside without a problem. He doesn't like to share his toys with other dogs, so would do well with a submissive, laid back dog who doesn't care about trying to take his toys, bones, or food. For fun, Miser enjoys a good game of fetch and a long walk or jog. He's very intelligent and knows basic and advanced obedience plus service dog skills. Quiet, friendly, and affectionate - Gandra will make a wonderful family pet. She has a medium energy level outside and loves to play fetch, then is pretty laid back inside after exercising. Born around November 2006 Tonkah is a 75-80 pound German Shepherd Dog who came from another rescue for our service dog program. Though he lacked the high level of confidence needed for the job, he has plenty to make a wonderful pet. He is a very sweet, loving, medium-energy boy who enjoys hanging out with his people. He wants to be involved in whatever they do, including placing his head on the keyboard to "help" you type on on the computer!! Because he is a tad shy of new people and situations, he'd be thrilled to find an experienced Shepherd family with adults or older kids who can provide him the leadership that he wants. A household without a lot of people coming and going would be most relaxing for him as well. He loves to rough-house with dogs, so he needs a tolerant playmate. (He would prefer humans any day!!). He seems a little too fixated on cats to live with them. And just in time for the warm weather to come, Tonka loves water!! Take him to a pond, and he'll run in circles in the water.
