Annika (now named Lily) is doing really
well. She is almost 7 months old and has been a complete joy! She
is a sweet and loving puppy. My husband and I can't believe
how calm she is for a puppy. She was basically crate trained
when we got her and within her first month of being with us she
knew all her commands like sit, stay, roll over etc. She loves
to be outside and we have an electric dog fence so she can enjoy
herself out there. She goes to doggie daycare on days when
we are at work for long periods of time. She loves it and
loves being around other dogs and the people that work there! Thanks
again for everything that Circle Tail does for the community. It
makes me proud that I adopted my dog from such a reputable organization. I used
to periodically check to ensure that all her littermates were
adopted and it appears all of them are no longer up for adoption! I
hope they also found good families!

I'm Peaches, one of Wren's pups. I was adopted by my forever family on April 2, 2005. I wanted to tell you that I enjoyed my 5th birthday on January 19. Mom played ball in the snow with my sisters, brother, and me to celebrate my birthday. I hope my littermates had a great Birthday, too. "Woof-Woof!" to Baxter, Jasmine, Smokey and my other siblings. I will never forget my beautiful brother, Sonny. I live in the woods of NW Pennsylvania. I have a pond named after me, "Peaches Pond". I LOVE to swim. In fact, I swim for hours most every day in the summer. The photos are of me swimming, and another photo of me on the left, and my sister Sparkee, right. We were asking if we could go swimming. Love, Peaches Circletail, I can't Thank You enough for giving us the opportunity to adopt our Peachie Girl. She is an absolutely beautiful, exuberant, intelligent, humble, good natured, obedient, loving family member. She definitely is our Baby!! I can't tell you enough how she fills our lives with fun, laughter, and good times. We enjoy her company beyond belief. She puts "zippity dooh dah" into each day for us. Every morning, she greets us with a toothy grin, and lots of wiggles. What a perfectly wonderful best friend and companion she is. We are so greatly blessed to have her in our family. |

Here is a picture of Murphy (Bouton)
taken a couple of weeks ago. We have enjoyed him tremendously
and he's such a good dog. We have never had a dog before so
it's good he has such a good disposition. The Vet says she's
never met a dog that is so laid back. He's great with the
grandkids and visitors too. If you ever get pictures of his
litter mates we'd love to see how they've grown too. |

Black collar doodle's name is ... Teddy. He loves going for walks and playing in the snow. He loves chasing a ball when we throw it in the front yard. He has had 4 obedience classes and can sit, lie down, and come when called. He is still a puppy though, as he likes to nibble and chew. |

Hi - Perry is doing great. There is definitely an adjustment period... for all of us! He is a very active dog, loves people, loves to interact with people and is great with kids. All a plus in our family. He also loves other dogs. There are plenty in our neighborhood; he especially enjoys "talking" with the girls next door (2 small lap dogs who yip yip to his deep woofs). He's adjusted to the invisible fence - gave us a scare when he ran out with the snow. I think he thought that since he couldn't see his boundaries that it didn't work. Fortunately the snow was to our advantage and we could "track" him. He does have a chewing fetish which we are trying to curb with toys and he is getting better. He received a multitude of playthings for Christmas (he can destroy a chew toy in a matter of hours!) but I'm trying to keep up with new things to chew. All in all, I think he is happy and we are happy to have him in our family. |

Cooper is doing great! We are so happy to have him. |

Brutus is doing great! He has adjusted well with a little time, to being a family dog. He doesn't bark or let you know when he needs to go potty, so that took a little getting used to, but we have it all pretty much worked out now. He's great w/ Heidi, our youngest. He knows he's the bottom of the totem pole, but that its still a pretty good spot. He's been great. We sent out a Christmas picture w/ Brutus and the rest of the family, b/c to us, a dog is another family member. He's a great dog & we are very happy he's ours (and that we were patient enough to get through the begging bumps.) Here's some pictures, you can view them and download for free any of them. |

I was looking over some of your recent adoption pictures and wanted to send you one of Eagle. We adopted Eagle in 2006. It's hard to believe it has been four years, but she's come a long way! She's still our "guard dog," but is much less timid and much more likely to show us how much she loves us. She's starting to settle down a little, but still enjoys a good walk or run everyday. In the past year, she's taken up swimming and dock-jumping. She's so agile that we think it comes very naturally to her. |

Buddy (formerly known as Sang) is doing well and weighed 30 pounds last time he was at the vet. He likes to go for walks in the local metropark, where we frequently see deer. I don't think he knows what they are just yet, and they are not spooked by him. He is very cuddly and sweet. I will try to attach a picture of him. |

Sarazen, now known as Marlie, is doing GREAT! She is a wonderful pup. Very smart and very loving. The kids adore her. She is in intermediate obedience class and enjoys her big yard with invisible fence. We are very happy we adopted little Marlie. :) |

I thought I would ring in after a month with my new dog now named Pandora. I last emailed after three days, and I was ready to throw in the towel, but things have gotten much better. She is so much fun, that I even go into work later each morning and come home earlier, just to get to play with her. She started obedience training last Tuesday. My question, though, is this. When I took her into the class, the instructor immediately said “this is not a lab”. You told me and the web-site confirmed that she is a full blooded lab that the breeder offered to circletail because of markings. Can you confirm one way or another? She is a keeper, but I would simply like to know. Thanks for your help and for Pandora. |

Here is Jasper now! He brings great joy to us – but sometimes is 'exasper jasper' to us! |

Just a quick update on Zimmer. Since he was a prison dog, we decided to rename him Alcatraz Apro, but we call him "Traz" for short. He has settled in very nicely ... like he has always been here. He and Miley are getting along great. They play for hours. Monday he went to visit the vet and all the vet techs. They LOVED him. With the exception of an ear infection, all was well. Here is one of the pictures we took this past weekend. We will send pics/updates again soon. Thanks again for all your help ... and for everything you do to help these wonderful dogs find forever homes. |

It’s been about 2 months since we adopted Poppie and she is doing very well and has adapted to her new surroundings. She is such a joy to have around. She learned the boundaries of the invisible fence with no problems at all and is now enjoying the freedom of running and playing with in the 4+ acres with her best friend Oreo. They love to go into the woods and bring their finding back up to the house. (mostly sticks). They both really enjoy their walks we take around the neighborhood. I think the ultimate for both of them is the weekly car ride to PetsMart. There, they get to shopping and pick out a toy and rawhide chews. Attached are a few pictures of Poppie and Oreo. Sometimes it is very hard to tell them apart. |

Hi, and Happy New Year, I just wanted to update you on Jack (formerly Apollo), who has become such an important part of our lives. On January 5th, we lost my almost-fourteen-year old shepard mix, Tia, after she had a stroke, and of course we continue to grieve her loss. But Jack, or Jacky, as we call him, is such a huge comfort, especially to me, since Tia was my dog since she was one day old! I don't know how I would get through her loss without the goofy labrador retriever we adopted from CircleTail in April!! He seems to have handled the loss of his best doggie friend okay, and we're giving him lots of extra attention and love to make sure he knows he is loved and safe. I hope he won't be a solitary dog for too long, but I've got some convincin' to do regarding the rest of the family!! I'll work on it. I've attached a couple of pictures of our beautiful boy to this e-mail. Thanks again for introducing us to our pup. We just love him to bits!! |

We previously adopted Minolta (now Max) of the "camera" puppies

Hello everyone! It has been just about 4 months since we met Brennan at Circle Tail and she became a memer of our family. We just wanted to give you a quick update. Thank you so much for matching us with her. She is everything we could have hoped for. We just love her so much! She loves running and hiking with us, even when she has to wear her doggie coat and boots because of the cold. Her favorite games are fetch and believe it or not, hide-and-seek! (She only likes to do the seeking but gets very excited when she finds us!) She also enjoys cuddling on the couch and belly rubs! Her favorite snack is peanut butter in a kong mixed with kibble. Her favorite possessions are her rope toys and agressive-chewer chew toys, as well as her two beds with her very own blankets (one upstairs and one downstairs.) She is eager to learn new things all the time, and is always excited! |

Hi everyone! Here is the newest member of our family! She came from www.circletail.org This is SUCH a great program! Thanks Sheila Schroeder for telling us about it! Violet is a 5 month old puppy (we think yellow lab and they said golden retriever, but we think she looks a little like a Rhodesian ridgeback) who has already been trained to sit, stay, come, sleep in her crate and best of all......go outside to potty!! All the hard part is done, it's up to us to continue the training. She is also "altered" as the website calls it, and micro chipped. |
